APOWER

Use this button to turn the unit on and off. When the unit is on, the ring surrounding the button lights up.

The equipment draws nominal non-operating power from the AC outlet with its POWER switch in the off position.

BMODE

Use this button to change settings of Word sync, DAC, priority playback area, and i.LINK output.

CDAC indicator

Shows the type of DAC currently selected.

DRemote control sensor

Receives signals from the remote control unit. Point the remote control unit at this sensor when operating the remote control unit.

EDisplay

FDisc tray and shutter

GOPEN/CLOSE

Use this button to open and close the disc tray.

HSTOP

Use this button to stop playback. When playback is stopped, the ring surrounding the button lights up.

IPLAY

Use this button to start playback. When a disc is being played back, the ring surrounding the button lights up.

JPAUSE

Use this button to pause playback. When playback is temporarily paused, the ring surrounding this button lights up.

KSKIP (.//)

Use these buttons to for skip operations. Pressing and holding these buttons for more than a second changes the scanning speed.

Light to show which surround channels are currently in use.

hMessage area

Alphanumeric display to show playback times, status messages, etc.

iREPEAT indicator

Lights when repeat play is selected

jPause indicator

Lights when playback is paused.

kPlayback indicator Lights when playing back.
