￿Note that reverse insertion may cause failures.

7Return the drive unit in the original position and lock it by pressing the clamp. Remove the stopper supporting the drive unit and return it to the original position.

Check that the metal ports of the unused internal power connector end do not contact with the metal areas so that the wiring from the power unit does not engage with the locking portion.

8 Install the flat cable into the CD-ROM drive.

Connect the flat cable removed in Step 3 to the CD-ROM drive.
