	Indicator	Color	State	Description and Function
1	OOS	Red	On	Out of Service: fault set by shelf manager, or 12V payload power not detected.
1
			Off	No module fault. 12V payload power is being supplied to board.
2	OK	Green	On	Module in service. 12V payload power is being supplied to board.
2
			Off	12V payload power is not detected.
	Hot Swap	Blue	On	Management power available to the module; AMC can be safely extracted.
3
			Off	The module is operational and is unsafe for extraction.
			Long blink	Delay before module is activated.
			Short blink	Delay before module is deactivated.
