Turning On/Off the AV Receiver

Set %POWER to the ON position (^) on the front panel.

The AV receiver enters standby mode.

Press 8ON/STANDBY on the front panel.

or

Press RECEIVER followed by 8RECEIVER on the remote controller.

The AV receiver comes on, the display lights.

Turning Off

1 Press 8ON/STANDBY on the front panel. or

Press RECEIVER followed by 8RECEIVER on the remote controller.

The AV receiver will enter standby mode. To prevent any loud surprises when you turn on the AV receiver, always turn down the volume before you turn it off.

(European and Asian models)

To completely shut down the AV receiver, set %POWER to the OFF position (@).
