4.0 RESPONSE TO UPS FAILURE

UPS FAULT

Annunciator Silence

Primary Action

Information to Service Center

Depress “SILENCE ALARM” key on MAIN menu.

Refer to the list of fault codes in section 6.0 for error description.

Take necessary action according to display guidance.

When a faults occur, contact the Authorized Mitsubishi Service Representative or call Mitsubishi at

1-800-887-7830.

Note

The error code indicated on the LCD display panel at the time of a UPS alarm condition is very important.

In order to reduce repair time, please include this information, along with the operation status and load status for all correspondence with Mitsubishi’s field service group.
