The Mitsubishi Electric UPS Systems Group Service Department has many Authorized Service Centers place strategically throughout the US, Canada and Latin America. For both in warranty and out of warranty service, please contact Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. at (847) 478-2500. To register your UPS for warranty purposes, please complete the warranty registration form and fax it to the Mitsubishi Electric UPS Systems Group, Service Department fax line shown on the registration form. For warranty purposes, it is essential that any and all service work that may be required on your Mitsubishi brand UPS equipment is performed by a Mitsubishi Electric Authorized Service Center. The use of non-authorized service providers may void your warranty.
