Chapter 7 - Service, Warranty and Tech Support

Introduction

This chapter starts out with statements about your modem's 10-year warranty. The next section, Tech Support, should be read carefully if you have questions or problems with your modem. It includes the technical support telephone numbers, space for recording your modem information, and an explanation of how to send in your modem should you require service. The final two sections explain how to use our Bulletin Board Service (BBS), and a brief section on the CompuServe/Internet Forums.
