Chapter 6 - Testing Your Modem

Chapter 6 covers the modem's built-in test features. These are: Power-on Self Test, Local Analog Loopback, Digital Loopback and Remote Digital Loopback Tests. We have included a description of each test and how to use each test procedure.

Chapter 7 - Service, Warranty & Technical Support/ BBS

Chapter 7 provides instructions for getting modems serviced at the factory and information on product warranty; information about Multi- Tech's user Bulletin Board Service (BBS) and receiving technical support via the CompuServe and Internet forums.
