3.5 Information from the ISP

Before configuring this device, you have to check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) what kind of service is provided such as PPPoE, PPPoA, RFC1483, IpoA.

Gather the information as illustrated in the following table and keep it for reference.

PPPoE

VPI/VCI, VC-based/LLC-based multiplexing, Username,

 

Password, Service Name, and Domain Name System (DNS) IP

 

address (it can be automatically assigned from ISP or be set

 

fixed).

PPPoA

VPI/VCI, VC-based/LLC-based multiplexing, Username,

 

 

Password, and Domain Name System (DNS) IP address (it

 

can be automatically assigned from ISP or be set fixed).

 

 

RFC1483 Bridged

VPI/VCI, VC-based/LLC-based multiplexing and configure

 

this product into BRIDGE Mode.

3.6 Configuring with the Web Browser

Open the web browser, enter the local port IP address of this ADSL VoIP Router, which defaults at http://192.168.1.254, and click “Go”, a username and password window will appear. The default username & password are admin & atlantis, in respectively
