SCO Unix Driver Installation

Changing to the INI-9XXX as the bootable host adapter:

1Insert the INI-9XXXU/9XXXUW DRIVER DISK 2 diskette into floppy drive.

2Type: “installpkg” under command prompt and press <ENTER>. The system will ask you what packages you want to install.

Type: i91u <ENTER>

3 Change the mscsi file:

 

• cd /etc/conf/cf.d

< ENTER >

cp mscsi mscsi.bak < ENTER >

• vi mscsi < ENTER >

In the example below, The XXXX would be replaced with i91u.

4Rebuild the UNIX kernel:

. /link_unix < ENTER >

5You have completed the link procedure for the Initio device driver. Exit and reboot the system.
