Declaration of the Manufacturer/Importer

We hereby certify that the I/OHIGHWAY PCI-FastSCSI Bus Master Host Adapters, in compliance with the require- ments of BMPT Vfg 243/1991, is RFI suppressed. The normal operation of some equipment (e.g., signal genera- tors) may be subject to specific restrictions. Please observe the notices in the user’s manual.

The marketing and sale of the equipment was reported to the Federal Office for Telecommunication Permits (BZT). The right to retest this equipment to verify compliance with the regulation was given to the ZZF.

EN 55 9100UW2 Declaration of Conformance

This is to certify that the I/OHIGHWAY PCI–FastSCSI Bus Master Host Adapter is shielded against the generation of radio interference in accordance with the application of Council Directive 89/336/EEC, Article 4a. Conformity is declared by the application of EN 55 9100UW2:1987 Class B (CISPR 22:1985/BS 6527:1988).
