7.0START UP

1.Switch on the AC reserve and the main AC Utility supply to the UPS.

2.Turn on the Utility supply Input, Reserve Input (if fitted) and UPS Output switches located behind the front panel, see figure 14 for 24kVA, figure 17 for 36kVA or figure 20 for 50/80kVA.

3.Replace the front panel.

4.Press the CANCEL AUDIBLE ALARM switch (see section 6.2)

5.Initially, all the green indicators will flash on the display mimic. After about 30 seconds the supply and battery indicators should stop flashing.

6.Press the Inverter On push button (I).

7.The inverter should now start and after a delay of approximately 30 seconds the message ‘SYSTEM NORMAL’, in English, will appear on the liquid crystal display.

8. Select the required language by pressing page right control

until the ‘SELECT LANGUAGE’

message appears on the liquid crystal display. Press the page down control

until the required

language is selected. Press the page right control

once more confirm the language selection.

Thereafter, all messages will appear in the selected language.
