3.When the Pocket PC tries to connect, the Power and Data LEDs will blink. After the device connects, it will receive/transmit the information as requested (e.g., Pocket Internet Explorer will display the requested website).

Connection icon: (Navigation bar at top of screen) Indicates an active dial-up or network connection

Modem status icon: (Appears if you installed Socket software)

GREEN — connected

RED — data transmitting

When the Pocket PC is connected, the Link and Power Status LEDS will stay on, and the Data Status LED will blink during data transmission.

Ending a Data Call

1.Tap on the connection icon in the navigation bar at the top of your screen.

2.In the status screen, tap Disconnect. After the Pocket PC disconnects, the connection icon will disappear, and the modem status icon will turn red before disappearing. All LEDs may turn off, depending on your device.
