To install the power supply module

Risk of electric shock

High current inside the chassis can cause severe injury.

The server is shipped with one power supply module installed in the bottom power supply bay. You must install the second power supply module, as described here:

1Align the power supply module with the top power supply bay.

2Slide the power supply module into the bay until the module is secured by its connector.

Use some force, if necessary.

3Secure the power supply module to the chassis with two thumbscrews at the corners of the power supply faceplate.
