Delayed Sending

You can use your machine to send faxes at a preset time. This feature is called Delayed sending or Timer sending. By using this feature, you can take advantage of lower long distance rates at night, for example.

You can only set this feature from the MultiPASS Suite. (MultiPASS Suite User’s Guide)

To use this feature, your PC must be turned on and connected to the machine.

You can perform other tasks even when you have set the machine for delayed sending.

Documents Stored in Memory

If there are no documents stored in memory, the machine will return to standby mode when you select MEMORY REFERENCE.

Printing a List of Documents in Memory
