4.Remove the lamp unit screw.

Remove the lamp unit screws (2), then grasp the lamp unit handle and carefully pull it from the LCD projector. Keep the lamp housing opening to your right. Do not touch the lamp or point the lamp opening at anyone.

Warning: The lamp may be hot. Be careful when handling.

Caution: High-pressure lamps may explode if improperly handled. Danger of injury due to lamp fragments.

5.Install the new lamp unit.

Remove the 630146 lamp from the LCD projector and install a new lamp unit. (630146)

Do not drop. The impact of dropping may cause the lamp to explode.

6.Replace the lamp unit screws.

Replace the lamp unit screw and the lamp cover screws using a coin to tighten. Properly dispose of the old lamp.

7.Plug the LCD projector back in by inserting the power cord into the LCD projector AC socket, and set the MAIN power switch to ON.

8.Press POWER to turn the LCD projector ON.

9.Press MENU to display the menu.
