1.6Multichannel Media Converter Management Module

TRANSITION Networks Multichannel Media Converters are shipped with a Management Module installed and functional. Embedded SNMP software in the Management Module allows network management of the Multichannel Media Converter.

Connections to Management Module

The network administrator can manage the Multichannel Media Converter using Management Module SNMP software accessed either through the PS/2 serial port or through the RJ-45 network port.
