CD/VCD BASIC OPERATION (CONTINUED)

PROGRAMMED PLAYBACK (CD)

This unit has a 99 track programmable memory that allows you to program up to 99 tracks on any disc for playback in any desired order. You may program 99 different tracks or you may also program certain tracks to play more than once. To perform programmed playback, proceed as follows:

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the disc tray, “OPEN” will appear in the display. Insert a disc with the label side facing up on the disc tray.

After loading, two boxes will appear on the screen; the left box will show all available tracks on the disc and the right box will show the program. To select a track to program, select a title using the Navigation (¹, ) buttons 1, then press the ADD/CLEAR button 2; it will then be added to the right program box.

To delete a track, select the right program box using the Navigation (¨) button 1, then select the desired chapter to delete using the Navigation (¹, ) buttons 2, followed by the ADD/CLEAR button 3.

Select the top selection in the right program box, then click the ENTER button to start playback.

NOTE: The program memory will be kept until the disc is changed or the unit is turned off to the Standby mode.

TO CANCEL THE PROGRAM FUNCTION:

To cancel the Program function, select the Playback mode option using the Navigation (Ã,¨) buttons 2, then press the ENTER button 3. Select NORMAL using the Navigation (¹, ) buttons 2, then press the ENTER button 3.
