This appears during playback when a blank section

 

 

 

(tape blank) lasting for one or more seconds has

 

 

 

been detected.

 

 

 

Such a section is identified as a tape blank when all

ONo playback data readout

 

 

 

ONo CTL (Excluding DV and DVCAM tapes)
