1.4Position and bearing correction

1.4.1Radar map correction

When there is an error between the radar screen and marks/lines, do the following procedures.

1.Press the [CHART ALIGN] key.

“MAN ALIGN” appears at the right side of screen.

2.Operate the trackball to align the radar screen and radar map.

3.Press the [CHART ALIGN] key again.

The screen is fixed, and “ MAN ALINED” appears instead of “MAN ALIGN”.

1.4.2Cursor data correction

The above correction value can be added to the cursor position’s L/L data.

1.Press the [NAV MENU] [1] key in order to show the RADAR MAP menu.

2.Press the [4] key twice to select ON at ALIGN CURSOR field. When deleting the correcting value from the cursor data, select OFF.

3.Press the [NAV MENU] key to close the menu.

1.4.3Releasing the radar map correction

1.Press the [NAV MENU] [1] key in order to show the RADAR MAP menu.

2.Pres the [3] key to select NAV DATA POSN.

3.Press the [ENTER] key.

The correction is released and “MAN ALINED” disappears.

4.Press the [NAV MENU] key to close the menu.
