3.The Subtitle Preference Menu will now appear on the screen with the default selection of Off. To change to
Subtitle On select the desired language use the Up or
Down directional Push-buttons followed by the SE-
LECT Push-button. Refer to figure 5.
Notes: The title of the icon button-bar will change color from yellow (the cursor color) to green indicating the selected item. The choice of “Others” is for use outside of North America.
4.Return to the Disc Setup Menu by pressing the Up directional Push-button.
5.Next continue to the MENU Settings. If no other changes are to be made in Setup Mode at this time, exit
by pressing the Down directional Push-button to se- lect the EXIT SETUP menu choice followed by the SELECT Push-button and the MVP861 will return to normal operation.
Note: The SETUP Push-button may be also pressed to exit the setup mode.
Disc Menus
This selects the language of the menus that will be seen on the TV/Monitor.
Note: The Alternate Languages of French and Spanish may not be available on all DVD Discs.
1. Press the SETUP Push-button on the supplied Remote Control to access the On-Screen Disc Setup Menu. Re- fer to figures 4 and 7.
2. Use the Down directional Push-button followed by the SELECT Push-button on the Remote Control to se- lect the Disc Menu.
3. To change the English setting to another language use the Up or Down directional Push-buttons followed by the SELECT Push-button. Refer to figure 6.

4.Return to the Disc Setup Menu by pressing the Up directional Push-button.
