set “Select input” of “Set Top Box setting”to “3CH” or

select a desired cable channel via the cable box.

while the recorder is turned off, set TV channel to the output channel of the cable box.

You can control cable channels from the recorder. Perform the below.

1)Connect the supplied IR cable to the CHANNEL
