“Initial settings” menu disappears.

If you have selected to have the recorder control your

 

 

set top box at step 7, turn on your set top box and

 

confirm that set top box channels are selected by the

 

number buttons or CH buttons of the recorder’s remote

 

control. If not, shift the transmitter of the IR control cable

 

or try another brand code at step 8.
