This manual provides operation, installation, and maintenance instructions for the SSC Series central chilling stations.

Model numbers are listed on the serial tag. A model number followed by Q indicates a specially constructed unit, and not all information in this manual may apply. Make sure that you know the model number, serial number, and operating voltage of your chiller if you contact Sterling.

Allen Bradley Micrologix 1500 PLC control with PanelView 300 Micro monochrome/key pad interface

High and low refrigerant pressure safeties

Touch-safe branch circuit fusing

Evaporator water piping manifold (Condenser manifold optional)

HCFC-22 refrigerant

Digital low temperature freezestat

Liquid line solenoid and shut-off valves

Chilled water flow switches

Auto/Manual control mode switch for emergency operation

1 year warranty on parts and labor

3 year warranty on controller
