Radio mode

￿Change to the second page of the

"Tuner" menu by pressing the NEXT button 2.

￿Press the softkey "Sensitivity" 8 re- peatedly until the desired sensitivity level is displayed behind "Sensitivity".

When you have finished making your changes,

￿press the OK button B.

Note:

The device stores the sensitivity value set in the respective FM and AM wave- band.

Storing stations manually

￿Select the desired memory bank (FM1, FM2, FMT) or one of the wavebands (MW or LW).

￿Tune into the desired station.

￿Briefly press on the softkeys 6 to

;.

The assignment of all six memory locations is displayed.

￿Press and hold down one of the softkeys 6to ;for longer than two seconds to assign the station to that button.

Note:

Any stations that were previously stored in this memory bank are deleted in the process.

￿Press the BAND button ?. The "Tuner" menu is displayed.

￿Press the softkey "Travel Store" 9.

The storing procedure begins. "Travel Store" appears on the display. After the process has completed, the radio will play the sta- tion that is stored in memory location 1 of the FMT memory bank.

Note:

If the priority for traffic information is active (the display shows the traffic jam symbol), only traffic information stations are stored.

Listening to stored stations

￿Select the memory bank or waveband.

￿Briefly press on the softkeys 6 to

;.

The assignment of all six memory locations is displayed.

￿Press the softkey 6to ;where the desired station is stored.

The stored station is played if it can be re- ceived.

Storing stations automatically (Travel Store)

You can automatically store the six stations offering the strongest reception in the re- gion (FM only). The stations are stored in the FMT memory bank.

Scanning receivable stations (Scan)

You can use the scan function to play all the receivable stations briefly. You can set the scanning time in the menu to between 5 and 30 seconds.
