Factory settings

Restoring factory settings (Norm Set)

You can restore the original factory settings of the device.

Note:

If you restore the original factory set- tings of the device, your personal set- tings, such as the display brightness, volume and sound settings, names of external audio sources and welcome text, are lost.

To restore the factory settings,

￿press the MENU button A. The menu is displayed.

￿Press the softkey "Various Settings"

The "Various" menu is displayed.

￿Press the softkey "Norm Set" ;.

￿Confirm that you really want to restore

the factory setting by pressing the softkey ;again for longer than 2 sec-

onds. Otherwise, press the OK button Bto return to the "Various" menu.

If you restore the factory settings, "NORMSET ON" is briefly shown on the dis- play. Afterwards, the device switches off and immediately on again. All settings are returned to the factory settings.
