Changing to the higher level directory

To change from the current to the higher level directory,

￿press the button >.

Note:

If no additional higher level directory is

displayed after pressing the button >, you have reached the top level of the CD.

Selecting playlists and tracks in MP3 playlist mode

If the MP3 CD contains playlists, you can select and play these playlists in playlist mode. For this purpose, a four-line dis- play is shown in playlist mode. This display shows all the playlists as a list. You can se- lect a playlist in this list and open it and then select and play a track of the playlist.

Notes:

This device allows playing playlists in the formats M3U, PLS, WPL, ASX and RMP.

The playlists must be stored at the top level (Root directory) of the CD.

Selecting and exiting MP3 playlist mode

To change from MP3 display to MP3 playlist mode,

￿press the NEXT button 2twice.

The "BROWSE" menu is displayed with a list

ENGLISH

of available playlists.

 

To exit MP3 playlist mode again,

 

￿ press the NEXT button 2.

 

The MP3 display is shown.

 

Notes:

The functions of the MP3 display (e.g Mix and Repeat) are not available in MP3 browse mode.

The MP3 playlist mode is only avail- able if the MP3 CD contains playlists.

Selecting a track from a playlist

To move up or down in the list to the desired playlist,

￿press the softkeys ; or 9 once or

several times or the or button @.

Note:

If the list contains more than 4 playl- ists, the list is automatically scrolled up or down while you are navigating in the list. If you reached the top or the bottom of the list, the arrows of the softkeys ; or 9 are shown only as an outline.

To open the selected playlist,

￿press the softkey :or the OK button
