Checking Your Voicemail

Voice-Only Voicemail Access

To save a message in a specific folder:

1After the message is played, press 9.

2Press a number to select the folder:

0 – New messages

1 – Old messages

2 – Work messages

3 – Family messages

4 – Friends’ messages

Forwarding a Message

After you listen to a message, one of the options presented by the voicemail system is to forward the message to another extension. You can prepend a message of your own to the forwarded message or forward it as-is, without a prepended message.

To forward a message:

1After the message is played, press 8.

2Press a number to prepend the message or forward as-is:

1 – Prepend a message before forwarding

2 – Forward as-is

These options along with the other message options are shown in Figure 25 on page 83.
