HRT INTERVAL

After a 5 minute warm up the treadmill will increase speed to your preset work interval rate for 1 minute. After the 1 minute interval the speed is reduced to 60% of your work interval rate. When your heart rate comes back down to your recovery target the next 1 minute interval will begin. This repeats for the duration of the program. After the time runs out there is a cool down. Default recovery heart rate is 70% of your maximum heart rate.
