CHOOSE TIME

After you have chosen your target heart rate, the time will show the program default time of 30:00. You may change the time using the number keys or either set of arrow keys. Press ENTER.

NOTE: The minimum time is five minutes.

ENTER WEIGHT

Using the number keys or either set of arrow keys, enter your weight. Press ENTER.

D E L U X E

BEGIN THE PROGRAM

Press the START button. The console will begin a three beep countdown. The belt will begin to move once this countdown is complete, and you will enter warm-up mode.
