Before using for the first time

The appliance must be correctly installed and connected before the first use. Please see the "Installation instructions".

For safety reasons, it is not possible to run a spin cycle before the first use.

The Welcome screen shows when the machine is turned on for the first time.

Welcome

The welcome screen will not show anymore, once the total wash time of the machine exceeds one hour.

Reminder of the shipping struts

The shipping struts must be removed before using the machine for the first time to avoid damage.

^Confirm that the shipping struts have been removed by pressing OK.

Setting time of day

Set the time of day

^Set the hours with the +/– buttons and confirm with OK.

^Repeat to set the minutes and confirm.

The display shows the main menu.

First wash

The washer is ready for the first use.

A program must be run without laundry and detergent to flush out any residual water from the factory testing process, as well as to activate the spin cycle.

^Turn the program selector to "Cottons 60°C" (140°F).

^Open the water mains.

^Press the "Start" button.

Once the program ends the washer can be used for laundry.
