Playback operations

To stop playback completely or temporarily

•To stop playback completely, press 7.

The unit stops playback.

•To stop playback temporarily, press 6.

The unit pauses playback. To continue playback, press 6 again.

To advance or reverse play rapidly while playing

Press and hold ¢or 4.

Press and hold ¢ to advance playback rapidly, and 4 to reverse playback rapidly. When you release the button, the unit starts normal playback from the point you release the button.

To locate the beginning of a track

Press ¢or 4.

Press 4 to locate the beginning of the current track, and press ¢ to locate the beginning of the next track. When you press repeatedly, you can select the preceding track.

To locate a track directly

Press the desired TRACK button.
