To record desired tracks

1 Open the loading tray by pressing 0OPEN/CLOSE and insert the audio CD that you want to record to the disc tray for SOURCE.

The TRACK indicators of the tracks that are contained on the audio CD are lit.

Open the loading tray by pressing 0OPEN/CLOSE and insert a blank or unfinalized CD-R or CD-RW disc to the disc tray for REC/PLAY.

Press SPEED to select the recording speed.

Each time you press SPEED, the recording speed changes as follows:

4x 2x 1x 4x ...

1 TRACK ALL

Selected speed indicator lights up.

Press PROGRAM REC.

The PROGRAM indicator lights up.

The TRACK indicators that you can program flashes.

Press the desired TRACK button.

The tracks are programmed in the order you press.

The selected TRACK indicators light up.
