1.Check for object caught in basket (tumbler) / wrapper area.

2.Basket (tumbler) is out of proper alignment ...

a.Check both vertical and lateral alignment.

b.Check gap between front panel and basket (tumbler) front...set screws may have come loose, and basket (tumbler) walked forward or backwards.

3.Loose basket (tumbler) tie rod.

4.Failed basket (tumbler) support.

U.Excessive noise and/or vibration...

1.Dryer not leveled properly.

2.Impellor (fan) out of balance ...

a.Excessive lint build up on impellor (fan).

b.Failed impellor (fan).

3.Loose basket (tumbler) tie rod.

4.Basket out of adjustment, or adjustment bolts (hardware) are loose.

5.Failed basket (tumbler) support.

6.Loose motor mount.

7.Failed idler and/or tumbler bearings.
