Introduction

1.1Overview

The Teledyne Analytical Instruments Model 3020T Trace Oxygen

Analyzer is a versatile microprocessor-based instrument for detecting oxygen at the parts-per-million (ppm) level in a variety of gases. This manual covers the Model 3020T, trace oxygen, explosion-proof, bulkhead-mount units only.

1.2Typical Applications

A few typical applications of the Model 3020T are:

Monitoring inert gas blanketing

Air separation and liquefaction

Chemical reaction monitoring

Semiconductor manufacturing

Petrochemical process control

Quality assurance

Gas analysis certification.

1.3Main Features of the Analyzer

The Model 3020T Trace Oxygen Analyzer is sophisticated yet simple to use. The main features of the analyzer include:

A 2-line alphanumeric display screen, driven by microprocessor electronics, that continuously prompts and informs the operator.

High resolution, accurate readings of oxygen content from low ppm levels through 25%. Large, bright, meter readout.

Stainless steel cell block.
