Yes. The AdaptAire control system must be in the Heating mode. In this mode the smallest allowable amount of outside air is 20%. Verify the system is in the Heating mode and the MIN VENT SP is set for 20%. See Heating/Cooling Mode and Minimum Ventilation Sections of this manual.
