Repeat the test with a new test strip. Insert the test strip into the meter and wait for the words apply sample to appear. Apply blood or control solution with test strip inserted in meter.

1.The blood or control solution sample was too small or smeared.

2.The test strip was not inserted far enough into the test strip holder.

1.Repeat the test with a new test strip and a large, shiny drop of blood or control solution.

2.Repeat the test with a new test strip, pushing the test strip all the way into the test strip holder.
