From the Handset Speakerphone

1.Remove the handset from the cradle.

2.Press SPEAKER.

3.Listen for the dial tone.

4.Dial the number.

5.When the other party answers, talk into the microphone.

From the base

1.Pick up the corded handset, or press

SPEAKER.

2.Listen for the dial tone.

3.Dial the number.

OR

1.Dial the number.

If pause is required, press REDIAL/ PAUSE.

2.Pick up the corded handset, or press

SPEAKER.

RECEIVING A CALL

From the handset

1.Remove the handset from the cradle. (If AutoTalk is on, the phone will automatically answer the call when you pick it up.) Ô

2.Press TALK/FLASH.

OR

If the handset is off the cradle, press TALK/ FLASH or any number. (Anykey answer is on.)

Ô NOTES Ô

The handset microphone is located at the bottom of the handset. Position yourself as near to the handset as possible and speak clearly.

The base microphone is located under the base. Position yourself as near to the base as possible.
