Deleting a Redial Record

1.With the phone in standby mode, press

REDIAL/PAUSE.

2.Press REDIAL/PAUSE repeatedly to display the number to be deleted.

3.Press MENU/DEL (or the DELETE soft key or DELETE on the base).

4.Press to choose Yes.

5.Press SELECT/ (or the OK soft key on the base). The redialed number is deleted.

Viewing the Phonebook

1.Press .

2.If you are using the base, press to select Dial/Edit, and then press the OK soft key. If you are using the handset, skip this step.

3.Press to scroll through the phonebook locations. Phonebook locations appear in alphabetical order (from first to last when you press , from last to first when you press ).

You can also use the letters on the number keys to select the first letter of the desired name. Press a number key (2-9and 0) once for the first letter, twice for the second letter, and so on. The first location that begins with the letter you entered appears.

For example, to search for an entry beginning with the letter M, press 6 once. Press , until the phonebook location is displayed.
