Using automatic time control

With the automatic time control function you can activate/ deactivate the answering machine or change from one an- nouncement to another no matter where you are.

Time-controlled activation of the answering machine (once)

You wish to have the answering machine switched on at

21.00with a specific announcement (example) Call up the AM menu.

Enter and confirm the system PIN (factory setting is 0000).

Select and confirm the required announcement. Select and confirm.

Enter the start time, 21.00 (example).

Select the menu item and confirm; the setting for Time Frame 1 is activated.

Go back up one menu level.

The marking indicates that the time contol will be switched once.

Go back up two menu levels.

You must now start time control:

Select the menu item and confirm.

Go back up one menu level.

The marking next to the menu item “Time Control” indi- cates that it is active.

The phone is in standby.

Call up the AM menu.

Select and confirm.

Enter and confirm the system PIN (factory setting is 0000).

Select and confirm.

Select and confirm the required announcement. Menu item “Time Frame 1” is selected.

Select and confirm.

Enter the start time, 18.00 (example) and confirm.

Select the menu item and confirm; the setting for Time Frame 1 is activated.

Go back up one menu level.

Select “Answer mach. Off“.

Select and confirm.

Enter the end time, 8.00 (example) and confirm.

Go back up one menu level.
