Using handsets

You can use your base station telephone with up to 6 dif- ferent mobile phones. As well as Gigaset 3000 handsets, you can use handsets from the Gigaset 1000 and 2000 se- ries. The functions available on your base station tele- phone when using the handsets of the Gigaset 1000 and 2000 are listed on page 144. You can use your base station telephone as a “central switchboard” and conduct internal calls free-of-charge.

The handsets are illustrated below:

Registering handsets

New handsets must be registered on the base station tele- phone. You will find the relevant information on page 91.
