New messages must be played before you can delete all messages.

At the handset:

Use the UP or DOWN button to scroll to Answer machine.

Press OK to confirm.

Delete will be shown on the display.

Press OK to confirm.

Use UP or DOWN button to scroll to Messages.

Press OK to confirm.

You can decide whether to listen to incoming messages over the loudspeaker and answer them or let your answer machine take the message.

Alternatively you can choose not to hear the callers messages.

Call screening is off by default.

You can intercept the call at any time and speak to the caller by pressing the GREEN PHONE button.

To record a memo message

It is possible to record a message directly on to the answer machine as a memo, which can be played back in the same way as other messages.
