Using the web interface

Checking status

Although it is not possible to make settings in the Status menu, the information here may be useful when troubleshooting.

Select Status.

You can find the phone’s serial number, network port address and current software version on the Basic tab. Settings made by the administrator for the network, time server, SIP accounts and media are on other tabs.
