Calling

Placing a call on Hold

During a call you can place a call on hold.

zPress places the call on hold.

zPress again to retrieve the call.

Call Enquiry

During a call another party can be consulted.

zPress to put the call on hold.

zNow dial the other phone number.

zPress again to drop the second call and switch back to the first call. (In case you've released the call with the consulted party, your handset will be re-alerted for the original call.)

Note:

You can use either Call Enquiry or Conference Call depending on your configuration.

Call Transfer

During a call you can transfer a call to another party.

zPress to put the call on hold.

zDial the other phone number.

zPress to complete the transfer. (The transfer can be completed before or after the other party answered the call.)
