Setting remote access code

A four-digit security code is required to access your answering system from any touch tone phone. This code is 5000 by default.

To change this code,

•Press SELECT/MENU to enter the main menu.

•Press ^DIR twice to select the Answering Sys- tem.

•Press SELECT/MENU to activate the Answering System menu.

•Press ^DIR twice to bring up the Remote Ac- cess Code menu. Press SELECT/MENU to confirm selection.

•Use the dial pad to enter the desired four-digit remote code.

•Press SELECT/MENU to confirm the desired code.

•A confirmation tone will sound and the screen will show Choice saved.
