To define toll prefixes:
1.Click the Tools menu and then click Toll Prefixes. The Toll Prefixes dialog box appears.
2.From the list of prefixes in the Local phone numbers select the prefix that requires an area code added.

The Toll Prefixes dialog box closes.
The Toll Prefixes feature is available only if the country you choose in the Dialing Properties dialog box has a country code of 1. For more information about dialing properties, refer to Changing the dialing properties on page 20.
