Activate Room Monitor

Press and release p, then dial the extension of the phone to be monitored.

End Monitoring

Press and release K.

CALLER ID OPERATION (pages 44-51)

Access a Call Waiting Call

Press F. Press Fagain to return to the original call.

Alternately Display Caller ID Information for More than One Call

Press c.

View the Call List

Press i. Use +and -to scroll through call history.

Remove a Specific Call Record from Call List

Locate the record in call history. Then press Xtwice.

Remove All Calls from Call List

Press i. Then press Xtwice.

Dial a Number from Call List

Locate the number in call history. Then press and release o.

TELEPHONE OPERATION (pages 22-29)

Make/Answer a Call

Lift handset or press Kor h.

Handset/Headset/Speakerphone Volume

Press VOLUME +or -while on a call.

Adjust Ringer Volume

Press VOLUME +or -while line is ringing.

Redial

Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone, then press A

– OR –

Press Ato use the speakerphone or headset.

Auto Redial

Press Atwice to activate. When you hear the other line ring or the other party answers, lift the handset or press K or hto complete the call. To cancel Auto Redial, press any key on the phone (except Volume +or -).

Hold

Press and release H. To release hold, press and release the LINE button of the call on hold.

Switch Between Lines

Press and release Hon first line, then press another LINE button to make or answer another call.

Mute

Press and release m. To return to the conversation, press and release magain.

Telephone Subscriber Services

Press Finstead of the switchhook.
