Coverage

You may be covering calls for other telephones. In this case, calls will be sent to you after a preset number of rings, and will be handled like any other incoming call. (The System Administrator determines the number of rings before unanswered calls are sent to coverage. )

Display

A call placed to K. Chapman by another System 25 user has been redirected to the console for coverage, as indicated by the “>” symbol. (There are 3 calls waiting in the queue.)

Called party information is displayed on Screen 1.
