• To Clear All Entries in the Caller ID List

1.ZU or Sto display Caller ID List.

2.ZY or V.

3.ZU or Sto select ‘All Clear’.

4.ZY or V.

5.ZU to select ‘YES’.

6.ZY or V.

Display returns to the standby mode.

Note: If ‘NO’ is selected, Caller ID is not detected and unit returns to Caller ID List.

Storing the Caller List Information in the Phonebook

You can store phone numbers that are in the Caller List into the phonebook. You can also assign the caller information to one of 9 categories to use the private category feature.

1.ZU or Sto display the Caller ID List.

2.ZU or Sto select phone number to save.

3.ZY or V.

4.Select ‘Save Phonebook’.

5.ZY or V.

The display shows the number of remaining phonebook items then <Enter Name>.

6.Enter name (if required), up to 16 characters (pages 20, 21).

Then follow from step 5 on page 19 (Storing names and numbers in the phonebook).
