Erratic weld output.

Clean and tighten weld output connections inside and outside unit.

 

 

 

Use dry, properly-stored electrodes.

 

 

 

Remove excessive coils from weld cables.

 

 

 

Be sure connection to work piece is clean and tight.

 

 

 

Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check brushes, slip rings, main rectifier, integrated rectifier

 

SR3, capacitor C5, and circuit board PC6.

 

 

No 24 volt ac output at Remote 14

Reset circuit breaker CB5 (see Section 7.7).
